Stanley Sports Hub is the base of Accrington Stanley Community Trust, the charitable arm of Accrington Stanley FC, a professional club that plays in EFL League One. The purpose of the Community Trust is to improve the lives of the people in the local area. Its motto is "helping people to participate, develop and achieve". The Sports Hub was refurbished in 2017 and includes several grass pitches, four FA standard team changing rooms, two officials' changing rooms, and a first aid room. A storage space and small injury rehabilitation area are also available, as well as meeting rooms.
